Terms and Conditions.
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders via the online shop of EPODEX GmbH.
2 Conclusion of a contract, storage of the contract text
2.1 The following provisions regarding the conclusion of the contract apply to orders via our Internet shop http://www.Epodex.com.
2.2 If the contract is concluded, the contract with EPODEX is concluded. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. By ordering the desired products, you make a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The order is made in the following steps:
- Selection of the desired goods
- Confirm by clicking on the “Order” button
- Checking the details in the shopping cart
- Operation of the button “to checkout”
- Registration in the online shop after registration and entry of the registration details (e-mail address / user name and password).
- Binding dispatch of the order by clicking on the button “Order Paid”
- We confirm the receipt of the order directly by an automatically generated e-mail (order confirmation).
We save the contract text and send you the order data and our terms and conditions by e-mail. You can also view the terms and conditions at https://Epodex.com/agb. You can view your past orders in our customer area under My Account -> My Orders.
3 prices, shipping costs, payment, due date
The prices listed in the offer at the time of the order apply. The prices quoted are final prices, that is, they include the respectively valid German VAT. Until the full payment of the purchase price, the goods remain our property.
From an order value of 10 € we assume the shipping costs (except for express delivery). We offer express shipping for certain orders. Whether this option is offered for your order and the associated costs, can be seen in the ordering process.
You have the option of payment in advance, cash on delivery, direct transfer, AmazonPay and PayPal. By collection of order cash payment is possible. If you have chosen to pay in advance, you agree to pay the purchase price immediately after conclusion of the contract. The products will be shipped to our account after successful receipt of money.
The goods will be delivered within 4 working days. In this case, the delivery period begins, in the case of payment in advance, on the day following the payment order to the bank charged with the transfer and for all other payment methods the day after conclusion of the contract. If the deadline ends on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline ends on the next working day.
5 Retention of title
We reserve the ownership of the product until full payment of the invoice amount. If you are in default of payment with us, all existing claims become due immediately.
6 cancellation policy
When buying a product, you have a legal right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods or, in the case of partial deliveries, the last delivery.
All RAL colors of the RAL 1000 to RAL 9000 series as well as all the colors specially mixed according to the customer’s wishes are produced individually for you. You therefore have no right of revocation and no right of return.

By means of a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed cancellation form. This is not mandatory. You can electronically complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other unequivocal statement via the contact form on our website.
If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you (for example by email) a confirmation of receipt of your cancellation. In order to maintain the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
7. Payment via Klarna
Payment by invoice and financing
In cooperation with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the purchase of an invoice and installment purchase as a payment option.
Please note that Klarna Bill and Klarna installment purchase are only available to consumers and that the payment must be made to Klarna.
When buying on account with Klarna you always recieve the goods first and you have a payment period of 14 days. The complete terms and conditions for the invoice can be found here. The online shop charges no charge per order when purchasing a bill with Klarna.
Klarna installment purchase
With Klarna’s financing service, you can pay flexibly for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (or at least € 6.95) or under conditions otherwise specified in the cash register. consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this Agreement, we shall reimburse you for any payments we have received from you (excluding delivery charges and any additional costs arising therefrom) immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which the we have received notice of your withdrawal from a contract with us. For this repayment, we will use the same form of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. In no case will you be charged for this repayment fees. We may delay payment until the goods are returned or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the deadline of fourteen days. The return costs are to be borne by you. You are liable for any loss in value of the goods.

8.1 All information on the suitability, processing and use of our products, technical advice and other information is given to the best of our knowledge but does not exempt you from your own tests and trials.
8.2 In the event of defects in the delivered products, you can first of all request repair or replacement. All other warranty claims are excluded in this respect. If the repair or replacement delivery fails, you can either request a credit note or a reduction or a change.
8.3 You undertake to inspect the product immediately upon receipt of delivery and to notify us of any defects immediately or not later than 3 days after receipt of the goods, in writing, enclosing supporting documents.
8.4 We are not liable for negligence of your vicarious agents, unless executives are acting, and essentials of the contract are not affected.

10 Contract law, contract language, applicable law and jurisdiction, severability clause
10.1 German law applies to the conclusion and execution of all contracts. The validity of the UN sales law is excluded. Jurisdiction is, as far as legally permissible, Dusseldorf.
10.2 The contract language is German only.
10.3 Should one or more provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, this will not result in the invalidity of the entire contract. The ineffective regulation will be replaced by the pertinent statutory regulation.
