The TILE PAINT 2K Hardener from EPODEX is our silk-gloss, abrasion-resistant tile varnish. The TILE PAINT 2K Hardener is ideal pre coating heavily used floor, wall and ceiling tiles and is mixed with the TILE PAINT 2K Resin before application. The special paint is also used pre tiles that are in constant contact with water (e.g., showers). Let your tiles shine in a new, modern colour. TILE PAINT 2K Hardener (without resin)
The TILE PAINT 2K Hardener (B-component) is mixed with the TILE PAINT 2K Resin (A-component). Both components together form the TILE PAINT 2K epoxy resin system.It is designed pre painting tiles on walls and floors that are subject to heavy wear and tear. This paint is very durable and easy to apply. It is odourless and free of solvents that are hazardous to health.

Návod na použitie
- Sand the substrate to improve the paint adhesion. To do so, use EPODEX sandpaper.
- Uistite sa, že je podklad čistý a zbavený mastnoty. Na tento účel použite EPODEX PRE-CLEANER.
- Mix the resin A-component with the hardener B-component in a ratio of 5:1 (e.g., 5kg resin: 1kg hardener).
- Miešajte cez okraj a dno miešacej nádoby, pretože materiál sa tam usadzuje. V ideálnom prípade prelejte do čistej miešacej nádoby a znova premiešajte, kým zmes nebude bez šmúh. Tým sa zabezpečí, že sa živica (zložka A) a tužidlo (zložka B) úplne premiešajú.
- Mix the clear paint with our water-based colour paste WB PIGMENT to tint it. Recommended amount of paste to be added: Add 5% in weight to the paint. (e.g. 300g colour pre 6kg TILE PAINT 2K)
- Apply a coat of paint with a brush or foam roller and let the it dry (približne 12h at 20°C). (Pot Life/Processing Time: at 20°C: približne 50 minutes, at 25°C: približne 35 minutes)
- Naneste toľko vrstiev, koľko je potrebné na dosiahnutie požadovanej krycej schopnosti. Odporúčame naniesť približne 2 vrstvy.
- As an option, tile joints can be re-done with our practical EPODEX grouting pen.
Poznámkas: Processing temperature: The room and substrate temperatures must be between 8°C and 25°C. Do not apply on heated surfaces or in direct sunlight. Drying problems may occur at low temperatures. Clean tools with waterihneď after use.
