Room Temperature Vulcanizing Silicone Moulding

1. Mix the RTV Silicone Rubber A-component with the RTV Silicone Rubber B-component in a 1 to 1 mixing ratio (e.g. 1kg A-component with 1kg B-component) for 3 to 5minutes.
2. Let the mixture defoam for 30 to 50 minutes.
3. Place the object you wish to mould into the defoamed silicone rubber.
4. Wait 6 to 8h (at 25-30°C) before removing the object from the cured silicone rubber.
5. Use the cured silicone rubber as a negative form mould.
